A proven playbook, applied to resilience

AtlasAdapt is built by the founders of ZappyRide — the data platform that powered EV incentive and total cost of ownership (TCO) tools for Ford, GM, BMW, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia and Volvo, and for leading US utilities including PG&E, ConEd, Southern California Edison, Evergy and Austin Energy, before being acquired for an eight-figure sum by J.D. Power. We took complex incentive, cost and savings data and turned it into clear, embeddable decisions for millions of consumers. We are doing exactly that again — for property resilience.

A proven playbook, applied to resilience

Data you can rely on

Resilience incentive data is fragmented, fast-moving and unforgiving of errors — a wrong figure can undermine trust with a client instantly. AtlasAdapt maintains its data with dedicated focus: we track federal, state, municipal and utility programs continuously, apply eligibility rules at the property level, and surface estimated amounts with transparent calculation logic. The result is resilience intelligence that holds up when your customers, underwriters or compliance teams look closely.

Our Expertise

Built by founders who have done this before

AtlasAdapt is built by the team behind ZappyRide — the data and software platform that powered EV tools for most of the world's largest automakers and electric utilities, acquired by J.D. Power.

From helping with the EV transition to climate adaptation

Together we built ZappyRide, one of the standout success stories of the EV transition. Sachin built the sales pipeline and partnerships; Richard built the products and the data. ZappyRide became the engine behind the EV shopping experience for a majority of the world's largest automakers — Ford, GM, BMW, Toyota, Volvo, Hyundai, Kia and more — and for leading electric utilities including PG&E, ConEd, Southern California Edison, Evergy and Austin Energy, before being acquired by J.D. Power. We are now applying that same expertise — turning complex incentive, cost and savings data into clear, embeddable decisions — from electric vehicles to climate-adaptation upgrades for residential and commercial buildings.

Sachin is a climate-tech entrepreneur focused on adaptation — the work of aligning planet, profits, and people so communities can thrive in a changing climate. A Bloomberg New Energy Finance conference a decade ago set his path. As lead dealmaker at ZappyRide, he built the partnerships that took the company from an idea to millions in revenue and an acquisition for an eight-figure sum by J.D. Power in 2023. Today he builds tools that help homeowners and businesses see the economic value of climate-resilience upgrades.

Why choose us

Data you can rely on in front of clients

Incentive data is only as valuable as its accuracy. We maintain incentive programs, grants, and tax benefits so your customers see precise and relevant adaptation options.

Data you can rely on in front of clients

Continuously maintained, not set and forgotten

Incentive programs launch, change eligibility rules and expire without announcement. Upgrade costs shift with supply chains and regional labor markets. AtlasAdapt tracks all of it continuously — not as a periodic data dump but as an ongoing operation. Every incentive in our database carries eligibility logic applied at the property level, an estimated dollar value and a transparent explanation of how that figure was reached. When programs change, our data changes with them — so your clients never rely on stale numbers.
